Responsibilities:
Assist associates with complex inquiries
Resolve customer and partner issues efficiently
Conduct weekly team meetings and one-on-ones with direct reports
Lead a remote team effectively
Monitor and assess agent performance metrics; provide training as needed
Support agents? career growth and development
Foster team support and engagement
Collaborate with peers to achieve business objectives
Oversee weekly payroll processing
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year in retail, contact center operations, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred: At least 6 months of supervisory experience
Location: Work-from-home opportunities available in authorized states
