We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join a dynamic, international team focused on transforming data into actionable business insights. In this role, you will design and implement end-to-end data workflows, build predictive models, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders. You will work with large datasets from software products, apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques, and deliver visualizations that drive strategic decisions. Accountabilities Build and own end-to-end data science and ML workflows that generate actionable business insights. Apply advanced statistical or machine learning models and clearly communicate results to stakeholders. Collaborate with business teams to refine questions and guide data-driven decision-making. Visualize results effectively to highlight key findings and inspire action. Proactively identify opportunities to leverage data for business growth and improvement. Support ongoing analytics and modeling initiatives, ensuring accuracy, reproducibility, and scalability. Requirements 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or ML projects, including production-grade workflows. Strong expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data-driven problem solving. Experience analyzing software product usage data, SaaS, A/B testing, or product-led growth (PLG) is a plus. Proficiency in SQL and Python or R; familiarity with dbt and Tableau is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex data insights for diverse audiences. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Experience in data engineering or analytics engineering is a plus.
