About the position The Training Specialist for Salesforce at Molina Healthcare is responsible for supporting various training initiatives, utilizing strong organizational and project management skills. This role involves facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions, managing the learning management system (LMS), and ensuring effective training delivery and evaluation. Responsibilities • Oversee the learning management system (LMS) and serve as the primary administrator. • Provide help desk support by troubleshooting and responding to requests and questions. • Manage program logistics and coordination for all major training initiatives. • Maintain a library of training materials and resources for accurate tracking and recall. • Collect and generate metrics on training consumption to evaluate learning effectiveness. • Prepare reports and analysis, including ad-hoc reports monthly to uncover areas for improvements. • Continuously seek and support new approaches to improve the efficiency of training services offered. • Facilitate scheduled in-person and virtual training sessions. • Assist employees with their LMS/training program questions and requests.
