Job Title: Warehouse WorkerJob DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will work on their feet for entire 8+ hour shifts, handling day-to-day responsibilities with consistency. You will use handheld RF Scan Guns to enter and code information needed for work orders and part numbers. If you have at least 6 months of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment, you will excel in this role.ResponsibilitiesOperate handheld RF Scan Guns to enter and code information for work orders.Work consistently and efficiently during 8+ hour shifts.Maintain organization and match orders accurately.Push, pull, and lift at least 40 lbs.Stand on concrete for extended periods.Essential SkillsMinimum 6 months experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.Proficiency in shipping, receiving, general labor, and inventory control.Ability to pass a math and matching numbers test with a score of 70% or higher.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment.Basic computer skills.Why Work Here?Join a massive and dynamic team of 350 colleagues in a 400,000 sq. ft. warehouse. Jeans and safety/composite toe shoes or boots are required for safety reasons. The warehouse is not climate-controlled, and workers should be prepared for varying temperatures. Shifts may include weekends, nights, and overtime as needed.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, Kansas.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.50/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
