Our client is seeking an FP&A Manager with Anaplan Model Building skills to support its Finance Transformation initiatives, migrating to SAP S/4HANA.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will provide additional bandwidth to the FP&A and Finance Transformation teams, while helping to translate business needs into scalable models as the organization modernizes its tech stack. This is a unique role requiring recent both corporate finance experience and hands-on Anaplan model building experience.

Position Overview
We are seeking a finance systems professional with deep Anaplan expertise to support financial planning, reporting, and ERP transformation initiatives. This role will play a critical part in strengthening financial modeling capabilities while partnering on SAP implementation efforts across the organization.
Core Responsibilities
• Financial Modeling & Planning (Anaplan): Develop, enhance, and maintain Anaplan models and reporting dashboards that inform strategic and operational decision-making.
• ERP Transformation Support (SAP): Serve as a key contributor to the SAP ERP implementation, ensuring seamless integration between planning, forecasting, and reporting workflows.
• Systems Transition Management: Architect and deploy Anaplan solutions that support finance during system upgrades and process transitions.
• Cross-Functional Project Support: Partner closely with the Financial Reporting and Consolidation team to address special initiatives and evolving business needs.
• Model Testing & Governance: Coordinate Anaplan testing activities, track deliverables, and escalate risks or delays to maintain project timelines.
• SAP Functional Validation: Execute and support functional testing within SAP, specifically related to financial reporting and finance systems functionality.
• Change Enablement & Communication: Clearly articulate system enhancements and process updates to finance stakeholders to drive adoption and alignment.
Required Qualifications
• Active Anaplan Model Builder Certification
• Hands-on experience working within SAP ERP environments
• Strong proficiency building and optimizing Anaplan models
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
